In 1446, king Sejong who has diverse power in politic, war, science, and farming and is Joseon 4th king. By Hun-Min-Jeong-Eum, every people could read letter and even make poem which say their difficult living.
Korean is one of the most low illiteracy rate in the world. However, literacy rate is too high than literacy rate. If people can’t understand letter, it could create lots of problems which can damage to themselves. While some people disagree with my view, I think that this is an important social issue. As I see it, I believe that it is crucial because some people lack of English skill, it is good for making money, and it has many profits.
